We start by discussing your date, location, guest count, and the occasion. Tell me about your favorite foods, dietary needs, and budget, along with whether you prefer a plated dinner, buffet, or family-style meal. These details help me create a menu and service proposal tailored to your gathering.

A personalized menu and clear pricing

Your menu is designed around your preferences, with inspiration from Italian, French, Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern cuisines. Before you book, your proposal explains the chef fee, grocery costs, and any additional staffing or services, so you know what’s included.

For private chef dinners, the $450 chef fee is separate from groceries and additional serving staff.

Enjoy your evening while I handle the kitchen

On the day of your dinner, I prepare and cook your agreed menu, plate each course, and clean the kitchen afterward. We arrange the timing and any additional serving staff in advance, so you can spend more time at the table with your guests.
